Terms of Service for Journal of Geocentric Cosmology LLC

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Services

  • Our services must be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • You agree not to misuse our services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use any of the content without our prior written consent.

4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including non-compliance with these Terms.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you cancel an order after it has been placed, a refund will be issued, minus a 4% fee to cover credit card processing costs. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.

Once an order has been confirmed with a distributor it is no longer possible to cancel.

6. Digital Products (eBooks)
Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook purchases are final. Once an eBook has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

7. Physical Books and Textbooks
Once an order for physical books or textbooks has been sent to our distributor, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This policy applies to all print materials, including textbooks, regardless of their condition or status.

8. Firmament Trackers Software and App
By using or purchasing Firmament Trackers software or app, you automatically agree to be bound by both these Terms of Service and the separate Terms of Use available at https://firmamenttrackers.com/terms-of-use/. Your use of Firmament Trackers constitutes acceptance of both agreements in their entirety.

9. Subsidiary Stores and Websites
As the parent company, Journal of Geocentric Cosmology LLC’s Terms of Service govern all transactions and interactions with our subsidiary stores and websites, including but not limited to:

This includes but is not limited to all provisions regarding online transactions, educational content delivery, and associated regulations governing both commercial and educational activities.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, USA.

13. Use of Pen Names and Professional Titles

The Journal of Geocentric Cosmology (“the Journal”) permits and encourages the use of pen names or pseudonyms for all publications. Authors are not required to publish under their legal names. The Journal maintains a strict policy of protecting the privacy and chosen publishing identity of all contributors.

  1. The use of the title “Dr.” in association with publications, books, or other materials published through the Journal is understood to be part of the author’s pen name or creative identity, similar to the literary tradition established by authors such as Dr. Seuss (Theodor Seuss Geisel).
  2. Any use of “Dr.” or similar professional titles in publication credits or author biographies should not be interpreted as:
  • An indication of medical credentials or qualification
  • A claim to medical expertise or authority
  • A representation of actual academic or professional credentials

Readers and consumers should understand that author names, titles, and credentials used in Journal publications are part of the creative and literary tradition of pen names and may not reflect the actual professional, academic, or medical qualifications of the authors. The Journal makes no representations or warranties regarding the actual credentials, qualifications, or identity of authors publishing under pen names.

14. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
